Sue's experience is with a broad and diverse stable of companies, from small start-ups to multi-million dollar enterprises. She starts with understand the business needs, from participating in a company's training program for barista's at the world premier coffee brand, to negotiating the diverse world of employee benefit health care plan offerings, she does what it takes to get the job done, every time. Sue began her career in retail management at a home furnishing specialty retailer. There she discovered her expertise in talent management and recruiting. With her success as in management and her talent in Human Resources she moved into the corporate world and began career in HR. During this time her involvement covered the broad spectrum of the profession where she developed a clear understanding of the needs of an HR Generalist and the demands of a corporate recruiting environment.
It was that understanding which launched Creative HR Solutions. Knowing there are other Human Resource professionals working in corporate environments who are tasked with providing solutions on a daily basis for their companies, Creative HR Solutions is positioned to be an extension of their resources.
