Sue Stenbo | Managing Partner

Sue is the company Founder. Her experience in Human Resource Management and Executive Search experience spans over 20 years.

Having spent the early years of her career gaining experience and honing her skills working in retail operations for a national retail chain and in various Human Resource leadership roles, Sue identified the need for a staffing and consulting services company that provided excellent customizable services at a value regardless of the size of the company.

Since 1997, Sue has successfully partnered with start-ups to Fortune 100 companies to provide strategic human resources and staffing solutions and services to her clients. Her mantra is excellent service for an excellent value.

Paul Stenbo | Finance & Marketing

From start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises, Paul’s experience is in understanding the diverse aspects of what it takes to run a business.

Paul began his career in management at a nationally known specialty retailer. As his career progressed he served in senior executive roles in start-ups, national expansions, and Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Creative HR Solutions he was the Executive Creative Director for Sears Holdings. His experience has given him a deep knowledge of both strategy and tactics in merchandising, marketing, and product development.

His unique collection of creative talents and business insights have produced a number of milestones:

  • Rebranding of a rapidly growing specialty retailer taking advantage of demographic shifts and the growth of an upscale market.
  • Pioneering the development and launch of a new retail concept and growing it to a $700,000,000 business in 7 years.
  • Successfully merging of 2 divergent corporate cultures into a singular successful team.

David Pedelty | Operations

David holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and has a background in sales and operations management within technology and electronics industries. His experience ranges from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups.

He has been responsible for assisting in the strategic planning, sales, and operational management of retail stores with combined annual revenues in access of $450 million.  Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer for a start-up Medical Records software company before moving into Business Development and Strategic Alliances.

David heads up Operations for the company; managing the infrastructure and resources to deliver on our core value of continuous improvement.  He ensures Creative HR Solutions stays on the cutting edge of technology, continually upgrading and expanding our capabilities.
